Mark White

Mark White, Corum Group

Mark White joined Corum in Singapore following a 30 plus year career in the software, IT and telecommunications industries throughout the Asia-Pacific region. In addition to regional leadership roles with Red Hat, Compaq and Tandem Computers, Mark has founded several technology companies, successfully selling his telecommunications software business in 2018. With a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, Mark has led or mentored several early stage technology commercialization successes from one of Australia’s largest universities, the largest of which ultimately raised over US$45 million in venture funding. Mark earned his Computer Science Degree from the University of Queensland.

Irene Cortez

Irene Cortez, Corum Group

Irene joined Corum in March 2022 as a Marketing Research Analyst. Prior to joining Corum, she served for six years as an investment analyst in a multinational enterprise and two hedge fund management firms in Mexico and Spain. Her experience focuses on project valuation, market studies, due diligence and financing processes to determine suitable investment strategies. Irene holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the Pompeu Fabra University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management by the Autonoma de Nuevo Leon University.

Akasha Konkoly

Akasha Konkoly is a certified international commercial arbitrator and member of CIArb and SVAMC, currently completing her Master of Laws with a project focus on arbitration in cross border M&A. With over a decade of leadership in Web3—including DeFi, DeFAI, ESG, Smart Mobility, GameFi and EdFi—she has held CMO roles, launched tokens and platforms and contributed to global innovation ecosystems. A 20-year startup veteran, including founding two ventures, Akasha brings sharp relational intelligence, strategic clarity and a deep understanding of what it takes to get complex deals over the line.
